Definition
Official 1-year re-offending rate for people who received probation orders, by the ICCS group of the probation referral offence (CSO CJA28, annual, State). Default Explore cut is All offences (200). This is the offence that led to the probation order — not recorded-crime incident counts. CSO notes that percentages from small cells can be unreliable. Publication year is not the cohort year. Sex/age/county and probation-type cuts are separate Explore measures because their dimensions do not sit on the same rows.
