Definition
Official 1-year re-offending rate for people who received probation orders, by probation type (CSO CJA27, annual, State). Types: All probation types, Community service, Post Release Supervision Order, Probation order. Publication year is not the cohort year — CSO publishes with a reporting lag so the follow-up window can close. Sex/age and county cuts live on crime.probation_reoffend_rate; referral offence on crime.probation_reoffend_by_offence. Those dimensions do not sit on the same rows.
