Definition
Suspected offenders recorded on PULSE after a sanction path (CSO RCD08), by sex and offence group. Not everyone Gardaí suspected, and not unique people across offences. Default Explore statistic is the headcount. Explore All (major offence groups) sums ICCS headline groups (Calculated). Age cuts live on crime.suspected_offenders_by_age (RCD09) — the two tables do not share rows.

- RCD08 counts suspected offenders processed on PULSE (a recorded sanction path) — not everyone Gardaí suspected, and not unique people across offences.
- Sex is an Explore dimension. Age cuts live on crime.suspected_offenders_by_age (RCD09) — the two tables do not share rows.
- Explore default All (major offence groups) sums ICCS headline groups only — not every 3-digit leaf (that would double-count). The compile is Calculated, not a CSO All-offenders cell. 2023 All omits Group 09 (unpublished).
