Definition
Suspected offenders recorded on PULSE after a sanction path (CSO RCD09), by age at time of offence and offence group. Not everyone Gardaí suspected, and not unique people across offences. Default Explore statistic is the headcount, not the percentage cut. Age default is CSO All ages. Explore All (major offence groups) sums ICCS headline groups (Calculated). Sex cuts live on crime.suspected_offenders (RCD08) — the two tables do not share rows. ICCS Group 09 has no 2023 cell; 2024 is public reports to Gardaí only.
