New dwelling completions by type of house and local authority (CSO NDQ06, quarterly). Use for pipeline output and completions-vs-target progress. Targets (ESRI baseline, Housing for All) are UI scenarios — not stored as facts. Dwelling-type cuts (single, scheme, apartment) matter for stacked output charts.
