Definition
National standardised average rent for new tenancies from the RTB/ESRI Rent Index (HITL fixture). CSO RIQ02/RIA02 do not publish a new-vs-existing tenancy cut — those tables are not used for the mobility premium. Estimated series; cite the Rent Index vintage in the fixture.
