Source and definition

Quarterly recorded crime incidents by current Garda division (CSO CJQ10, 21-division Operating Model from Q1 2003). CSO already remapped history onto these labels — this product does not reconstruct the old 28 divisions. Ingest is ICCS major offence groups only. ICCS Group 09 (Fraud) in CJQ10 stops at Q2 2023; from Q3 2023 that cut comes from companion table CJQ11 (public reports to Gardaí only). Dropdown places; not painted on the county map. State totals belong on crime.recorded_quarterly. Recorded ≠ committed ≠ detected.
